It was necessary to have a legal library to take advantage and refer to when needed, to spread the legal awareness.

Since it was necessary to have a smooth legal reference that belongs to the Legal Advice and Legislation in the State of Kuwait, the Library was established and became within the legal cultural centre.

The Library contains a wide range of legal sources and references that deals with all branches of law and specialties (civil law, commercial, constitutional, administrative, public and private international, personal status and other branches of law) in addition to a special section in specialized periodicals in law.

The Legal Library keeps pace with modern libraries in terms of the adoption of modern technology and sophisticated means, which is a high level organization that is based on indexing and classification system as adopted &8220;symphony system&8217;&8217; that is used in all specialized libraries.
